I cannot frickin believe this woman is principal!!!!!!

Im so fuming right now, i dont know where to begin. My poor mom, everyday it gets worse. My mom is a vice principal at a middle school and has the boss from hell, who just started this yr and has basically destroyed the school and the said thing is the damage wont be seen until next yr and the really shitty thing is that she will be given another chance. She is the devil incarnet, so i'll refer 2 her as lucifer. Lucifer is bi-polar who doesnt take take meds, ADD - she is so hyper, a loose canon, an alcoholic (shes 30, but looks like shes 40) she goes out and parties gets drunk every weekend(im not say having a few drinks is wrong, but as the pricipal of a school better standards need 2 b set) pathological liar who cant even keep all her lies straight, discriminates against poeple older then her, racist - she wants to change the atmosphere of the school, meaning more white kids in, and them some. She is an evil, evil women! She has said stuff to my mom like, "i cant stand these fucking parents", "Im so glad i will b at the district office all day tomorrow, that way i can go to work with a hangover","I cannot get fired," it goes on and on. She can be as horrible to every1 as she wants to be & she knows it, her plan is working out superbly. Her brother in-law is this construction millionare moguel, the district would lose millions if they didnt have him. She makes grown teachers cry, so many great wonderful, teachers, janitors, computer people have quit because of her. They have taken huge pay cuts. They r tired of putting up w/ her shit, nobody deserves to get treated the way she treats people.  At the elementary school lucifer was a principal of last yr the teachers there filed a harmful work environment suit against her took it to the super-intendent twice & lost. Then the teachers took it to the school board/city hall then won! Doesnt that tell u something!?! She is the super-intendents whore, who will always be there 2 protect her and defend her. Which means whoever crosses lucifers path is screwed. My mom and her vice principal friend who works w/ her have work so hard to keeping the middle school top notch for the past 5 yrs, this bitch comes along and destroys it. She could f*cking care less about the kids, she isnt in it for them. She is only a pricipal so (god help us) she can become an administraitor!! The parents of my moms school hate her, she doesnt return any of there calls and lucifer totaly insulted the head of the PTA. She doesnt care who any1 is, she'll step on any1 she can & if she doenst like u might as well quit caus she'll tear ur life up, kinda like how she's destroying my moms life. Last year there was this teacher lucifer didnt like, took her out drinking, took pictures then got her fired. 

This women is really unfricken believable. As a principal grades should be a serious thing - not to her. The 8th grade boys basket ball team were doing really good but about 5 of them were failing in various subjects, lucifer told my mom to withhold those grades so the boys could play. Next yr that middle school will be hers to destroy even further, my mom and her friend r leaving, brave teachers who stuck it out the whole yr are leaving, such wonderful, helpful, supportive parents who r sick of their complaints falling on deaf ears are leaving, i.e. the super-indendent. 

This women has caused my mom so much physical & emotional pain. Everyday she comes home exhaustesd with more info. She talks & i just listen. Whenever she talks to me about it she gets so sad and her main concern is what is going to happen to the kids. The kids should be every1s main concern, not boosting ur career, but its not and thats just so sad. When did it stop being about the kids & just get so damn political. I feel so horrible and helpless all i can do is cry with her. Im so pissed off, im livid and im so scared cause my son will be starting kindergarten next yr and from knowing what i now know about school districts just makes me wanna homeschool him, lol. What could i possibly do? This women is so powerful and cruel, its really scary. If enough parents of the middle school come together maybe then they have a fighting chance, those poor parents r just tired of dealing with a rotten principal and its hard to fight when the head honcho ignores the complaints about his mistress. But im not even a parent, i dont have to deal with her in that way, i just hear these stories and can do nothing. Im so sorry i wish i could give u ladies her name, the superintendents name, what school district it is, i just cant. im not even supposed to be talking about this, i just needed to tell my story, vent, get it off my chest, i felt this urging need 2 tell u, i.e. the one million members at cafemom & counting woohoo! 

The justice i wanna see is at the least lucifer and her suger daddy fired along with public humiliation. But thats not gonna happen, the school system is so messed up. Next yr lucifer will be given another chance & will get to pick her own team of as she puts it "young fresh new people!" I so badly wanna send an anmoymous note to the local newspaper about her, tell the super-intendents wife about those 2. I have the worst luck & knowing me it would probably come back to bite me in the butt!

Wow.....that is really messed up.  It sounds like contacting the school board/city hall and anonymous letters to the major newspapers and tv stations to get some publicity and heat on all that's going on.  I'm sorry to hear that all this is going on.  Just try to focus on being there for your mom and handling this appropriately.  Maybe some publicity might get the ball rolling and more people may speak up on what's going and those in power will do something.  There are really some evil people out there.  I really hope this works out for everyone involved.  Be strong!
