Thank u ladies soooooo much for reading my very long posts & taking the time 2 respond. Thank u 4 ur support, ideas, prayers, allowing me to vent & venting urselves on the rotten situation. I got many good ideas on how to get that woman out! You've given me much strength & courage & just reinforced the fact that this kinda behavior must not be tolerated. Something must be done about this, if i am the 1 who has to get the ball rolling then so b it. And the ?s some of u ladies had ive answered below.

UPDATE: 

The parents r making a stand & they r going to the board of education, but not enough of them r taking a stand, some just dont care. Others r protecting their kids. This women is vicious, when she finds out what parents oppose her she can and will take it out on the kids & make their lives miserable. As of now the parents are getting a petition ready. As 4 the teachers thay have gone to the teachers union about lucifer. My mom said that help from the union doesnt happen overnite, the union cant stand lucifer. Unfortunately the teachers have 2 file individual complaints. The super-intendents position is an appointed 1. I should clarify that my WILL NOT b startin kindergarten n the same school as lucifer. Som good news.I wonder what kinda problems that school district has? This is exactly why im the best person to bring her down! She cannot influence/hurt me or my son in anyway. Im not affected by her directly. She now has every reason 2 fear me! Im the 1 in control, i have the power, my voice will b heard & i will make a difference... I just gotta keep tellin myself that. I dont live in a small town, theres about 1 million people here & lucifers district has about 3,000 employees! Everyday 4 my mom just goes from bad 2 worse! 4 som messed up reason vice-principals dont have tenure like techers do. The 1st month in2 the school yr my mom did go to the district w/ her complaints about lucifer. She talked with this guy who is the head of all the vice principals.This f*cking *sshole turned around &told lucifer wht my mom had said about her.Now shes just gonna bide her time, keep her mouth shut & file complaints against lucifer when the school yrs over.I think my mom should b principal of that school,but she realy wants 2 b a principal of an elementary school. My mom has even looked n2 early retirement. Unfortunately she couldnt possibly survive on the income she would get,compared2 if she retired 5yrs from now.A few days ago my moms best friend, the other vice principal has just been told that next yr their wont be any job openings 4 her in the district. That would b lucifers doing! The reason why shes even remotely qualified 2b a principal is because she was a principal at 2 different elementary schools, each 4 a yr& they were closing down. She took the jobs no 1 else wanted.

My bfs absolutely no help at all! He tells me I should stay out of it, its unnecessary stresss, whats my sources, my stressing out over this is stressing him out, how do I know my moms not lying? Although he keeps tellin me 2 get a pic of her & her name & he'll get some pics of her. i keep tellin him no thanks. With or without his help im doing this. I just wish he could b mor supportive like a good bf should! Do PI's take credit cards? I could try doing the PI thing myself. Im just not very coordinated when it comes to this kinda stuff, im a horrible liar, putting myself in this situation if anything can go wrong it will&im such a clutz! I can totaly see myself fallin outta a tree, gettin stung by a bee, chased by dogs, etc.

Lastly, there r so many good ideas, im definatley gonna start w/ that anonymous letter. Theres much work 2 b done. There r so many ways I could go about bringing this b*tch down:  
* send an anonymous lettrs&or cals2super-intendants wife,local papers (letters2editor),news stations(reporter that specializes n citizen complaints), better business bureau,parents,teachers,school board,PTO board of directors, HR dept
* forget local, go 2 the state board of education
*document everything,get notorizd statements frm thos affectd by her
* get the governors office, mayor, city hall, states attorney general, local alderman, senators & congress involved
*teachers file lawsuit against her4emotional distres&loss of futur earnings 
* I should talk w/ dissatisfied parents, after all they cannot b fired
*anonymous note2othr schools,especialy mention basketball grades she w/ held
* get emails, memos of her going off - my mom has a buch of those! 
* the board of edu. school district is accountable 4 her actions&i need 2 put pressure on them 2 look at problem
*get state people involvd,ombudsman maks formal complaints reportrs go 2 state
* & most important! hire a outta town PI(or do it myself)&get pics of her drunk & get a pics of her & super-indendent together

Those are some good ideas to address this awful situation.  DCF I believe is Department of Children and Families, they handle cases of abuse and neglect where kids and the elderly are concerned.  There could be a case for emotional abuse of the kids, though that can be hard to make.  But definitely follow up with the ideas you have so far.  I am glad you were able to get lots of feedback to help you with this.  Keep us posted.
