Potty Training

How are your DS's doing on potty training?  Bryton will do the same routine several times a day, but hasn't actually gone potty.  He will pull his pants and diaper off, put the stool up to the toilet, lift the lid and seat up, and then stand on his stool for a while (but no pee) and then he will get down, put the seat down, put his potty seat on the seat, and crawl up and sit for a while, then say he's done (no pee or poop), and crawl down, take his seat off, flush, and put the lid down.  He often does this on his own.  I'll know when I hear him in the bathroom and check out what he's doing or he'll walk out of the bathroom with no pants or diaper on.  I'm thinking of putting those cloth training pants on him when we're home, so maybe he can realize when he's peeing and that it's wet.  He will point out when he wet or "tinky" all the time and will often take off his diaper when this happens.  I think he's around so many kids that are potty trained that he really has an interest in it.

Wow, I think that's pretty good!  Kevin is JUST starting to tug on his diaper and pull his pants down, so I think we have a ways to go!  Good luck!

We sit Noah on the potty after we take his diaper off before his bath, and his potty plays a song when he sits, so he loves to sit and listen to the music, but he won't sit for very long and he has not gone yet.  It's rather frustrating, but I know he just isn't ready.  I'm hoping to get it down this summer when I'm off work.
