I'm adding to my goal. 25 crunches a day (for this week- I may add more or change them to situps later) Drink water, and eat more fruits and veggies.

I want to tone up everything and in the process I should lose the 8 to 12 pounds I'd like to shed. I feel that I eat very healthy I eat healthy snacks but also eat very unhealthy snacks, that is my weakness!

I want a flat belly all day long not just in the morning, lol. I also need to lose a good 10lbs.
