Breakfast: Veggie eggs and juice

Lunch: apples and cheese

Dinner: baked macaroni and cheese

Snack: gingerbread latte, almonds, dried cranberries, glass of wine

Breakfast: protein smoothie

Lunch: peanut butter and jelly on whole wheat

Dinner: teriyaki chickpeas over rice with pineapple mango salsa (so yummy!!!)

Snacks: Greek yogurt with granola and almonds, two mini cow tails

Water: 6 cups

Exercise: about 2 hours of serious cleaning.

I lost track of what all I ate, and never did my crunches because I was running late all day long. Yesterday was a total fail.
Maybe not total. I did drink three cups of milk, only two sodas, and I had grapes with dinner.
