Breakfast: eggs with mushrooms, bacon, and cheese
Exercise: 25 crunches, 15 min Wii fit.
Lunch: green bean casserole
Snacks: peanuts, peanut butter crunch
Dinner: Arby's shroom&Swiss one mozzarella stick, half of a kids-size curly fry
Drinks: one can of V8, one can Pepsi, one can sunkist., 16oz. Cherry Pepsi.

Breakfast: veggies and eggs and juice

Lunch: leftover baked mac and cheese

Dinner: whole wheat wrap with veggies, hummus and cheese

Jogged 2 miles and did abs

Breakfast: cereal (whole grain and flax raisin bran)

Lunch: teriyaki chickpeas with pineapple mango salsa over rice

Dinner: homemade Mac n cheese and salad

Snack: cake for DH's birthday

Exercise: running around like a crazy woman cleaning and organizing for family get together.
