Breakfast: eggs with mushrooms and bacon
Lunch: Braunschweiger sandwich on cibatta sour cream and onion chips
Exercise: 30 crunches
Drinks: 2 cans cherry Coke, 1 glass oj
Snacks: raspberry cinnamon roll.
