What? Twenty more? I just upped mine to 30.
Challenge accepted. Two sets of 25 a day. Morning and night. That's an area that could use work.

Apparently I'm to tired to know the diff between crunches and sit-ups.
I just did 20 situps. Oh welk,, can't hurt.

Nope! That's great! I'm just trying to set a mini challenge on top of that for all levels of working out. :)

Ugh, I failed this challenge. Got laid out by a nasty bug going round. I haven't thought of crunches in days.
