Breakfast: Protein shake, small piece of banana bread
Lunch: protein shake, carrots, apple
Snack: salad, carrots
Not sure what we're doing for dinner today.
We made gingerbread men and decorated them, I had one that didn't have any frosting so that was good, but we made Christmas cookies yesterday and I ate half of one today which was loaded with frosting! Tomorrow will be better
Breakfast: one waffle, and two slices of bacon
Lunch: two pieces of bread and sloppy joes with some brocolli
Dinner: steak, mashed potatoes, and something green that I havent decided on yet
Exercise: 30 60 minutes on my elliptical (side note - my butt muscles are now being possessed by mexican jumping beans after that last round of exercise)
