Bad way to start

I'm at Pizza Hut. Haidn earned a free pizza and wanted to use it tonight. So I will be having half a pzone for dinner. On a good note my wife wanted Zumba so I made her promise to do my workout routine.

Eh, no worries. Just logging all you food is a good start.
after a week or so of logging my food and drink intake I've only made two small diet changes. I know that forcing a major change won't stick, so I'm focusing on making simple changes permanent one or two at a time. Right now I'm working on consuming fruits, veggies, and water. It's a bit of a wakeup call to realize I ate more veggies on Thanksgiving than I do in a normal week.

I actually find that if I tell myself I can't have something then I get these huge cravings and end up binge eating whatever it was I said I couldnt have. So don't beat yourself up over pizza, you can do better the rest of the week :).
