Breakfast: Cereal, milk, and a yogurt bar

Lunch: Sandwich, chocolate pretzels, and some grapes


Excersise: 15 minutes on the elliptical and I am still planning on doing a 25 minute workout video later on today.

Breakfast: cranberry walnut muffin
Lunch: sweet&sour chicken &crab Rangoon.
Drinks 1 can Mt dew. 1 bottle water.
