Stress eating

Is stress eating an issue for you? Sometimes when I'm upset I can't eat a thing, but other times I can't seem to stop. Today I've had two muffins, a bowl of cereal and three crab Rangoons. And a can of Mt dew. help, I need to stop.

Hello. I do the same thing. Yesterday I was having a bad day so we had Wendy's for dinner. Today I have already had chocolate cake. Now for a normal person this is no big deal. But I NEVER eat breakfast.

I always stress eat. Especially when I'm feeling depressed which is a lot lately.

I've never noticed if I eat when I'm stressed. If I'm in a bad mood I don't eat. If I'm sitting watching a movie I want to eat. That's a hard one to break and the late night snacking.
