Breakfast: protein shake
Lunch: Christmas cookie, I have a house full of little girls over for a cookie day
3:00 protein shake, apple, carrots (I figured I should have something healthy today!)
Dinner: I am ordering pizza and wings

Lunch: gyro
Drinks:32oz. Pepsi
Exercise: mall Christmas shipping.

Lunch: backed chicken, broccoli and rice
Dinner: we are having split pea soup with ham
Snacks: glass of milk (whole milk so pretty bad for me), cashews and half of a candy cane.
