Breakfast: Protein shake
Lunch: protein shake, half a gingerbread cookie (they are finally all gone, no more snacking on them!)
Dinner:
Breakfast: scrambled eggs
Lunch: little smokies no sauce, one serving mixed fruit in juice
Drinks:2 cans Mt dew, 32oz. OJ .5Lt water
Snack: chocolate Chip Cookie.
Dinner: grilled cheese.

Breakfast: toast with peanut butter
Lunch: Mac n cheese
Dinner: chicken nuggets and sweet potato fries
Snacks: 3 white chocolate truffles.
Not a great day but not too bad.
