This week...I challenge you to try at least one new vegetable or one new way of preparing a vegetable.

If you wanna amp up the challenge do 3-5 new.

If you wanna be hard core do a new one every day.

I accept that challenge, right after I go shopping. Never went yesterday after Christmas shopping! I was just to tired.

I just bought chard to make in a meal and I got baby kale leaves for my smoothies which I usually use baby spinach.

Artichoke. No, avocado. Is avocado a fruit of a veggie?
