I understand. I have been sleeping an average of 2 more hours a day and have dropped like 2 lbs. And...I have been bad about doing my exercise.
It's the flue, same thing happens to me when I am sick. About a week later all that water weight is back lol.
You probably weren't eating normal so all those calories aren't adding up like usual doesn't matter if you weren't working out. I lose more weight when I watch what I eat, more than if I work out regularly. Make sure you're drinking lots of water now and don't over eat plus add in some exercise and you might just keep some of it off.
