I have a problem!

As much as I enjoy it, and it makes me feel better, and look better which makes me feel better...I just struggle making working out a priority. I haven't done it in days! I've been making Christmas presents and stuff for my store and all of other life stuff but why can't I make it a priority? It's 30-60 minutes...that's nothing!

Guuuuuhhhhh! I need a workout buddy.

I feel the exact same way! There is no excuse why I can't work out I just don't.  I gained back the 5 pounds I lost! I know it won't take long to lose that (AGAIN) but it makes me so mad that it comes back that quickly and if I didn't gain it back I probably would be at my goal weight already! I've gained and lost that 5 pounds twice now!!! If I added exercise back in along with watching what I ate I probably wouldn't gain so much back during the holidays.
