All day snacker

I have days that all I want to do is snack!! I hate it. When I bake something or when the girls get candy I make sure it's all put away so when I walk into my kitchen the snacks aren't easy access. I know it's strange but even if the snacks are just in the pantry or cupboard I won't snack on them but some days I leave the stuff out I can't help it until I feel really crappy for snacking and beat my self up about it then try to get back on track the next day. 

What do you do to curb that snacky feeling?

Keep healthy snacks within reach. I buy lots of fruit and veggies and i wash and cut them up as soon as i get home, then put them in containers in the fridge for easy access. Also 100 calorie packs are good and almonds.

I did that yesterday. Not an hour after breakfast I ate a giant apple with cream cheese dip, then cookies, some animal crackers, etc. If I hadn't had an appointment to go to I probably wouldn't've stopped.
Sometimes it's stress eating, other times it's bored eating.
I feel like such a glutton sometimes.

Eating small meals all day is good IF they're healthy snacks.

That is totally me!!! I have a lot of good days but then I have those bad days where all I want is sweet stuff!
