I have days that all I want to do is snack!! I hate it. When I bake something or when the girls get candy I make sure it's all put away so when I walk into my kitchen the snacks aren't easy access. I know it's strange but even if the snacks are just in the pantry or cupboard I won't snack on them but some days I leave the stuff out I can't help it until I feel really crappy for snacking and beat my self up about it then try to get back on track the next day.
What do you do to curb that snacky feeling?
