I'm kinda competitive so if I have 'rewards' or mini goals I tend to push harder. This app has minute goals...15 minutes, 60 minutes, 120 etc...everyone you reach a new level you get a badge and some come with a reward. For example one badge unlocked some smoothie recipes. It's nothing big but it's kinda fun and pushes me to hit the next level. I've worked out pretty consistently for awhile now just using this app.
