So i have been stuck at 140 for almost a month. I have been eating right, exercising, drinking tons of water etc...i could figure it out. I just wanted the scale to go down. I got fed up and stopped checking the scale for about a week. Well the other day i got on and i actually expected to have gained weight cause of the whole muscle weighs more than fat thing but i was shocked when it said 137!! Im so excited that im finally losing pounds! :)

That's awesome.
Im scared to weigh myself now. It's been too long since I did any serious exercise. I've been focusing on organization and home improvement, and let diet & exercise slide.

I do the exact same thing. I try to only weigh myself once a month. I go by how my clothes feel and if something is loose then I'll weigh myself to see if I lost anything, otherwise it's like once a month.
