Well my newest blood results came in. My cholesterol is rising. So I need to step it up. I have a daily goal of 30 minutes of cardio. I am now adding that I must drink 20oz of water before I am allowed a soda. I kinda wanted to start something like this since I read drinking a glass of water first thing in the morning helps with health issues. I am just adding to it that before each soda I must drink 20oz of soda. So if I drink 20 oz of water before lunch I can have a soda with lunch but would have to drink more water to have a soda with dinner.
