Jog 3 minutes, walk 90 secs, jog 5 minutes, walk 2.5 minutes, jog 3 minutes, walk 90 sec, jog 5 minutes

5 minute cool down walk

Well technically it's only been three cuz it's the start of week 4. But yes, it's been that long. Lol!
