So the hospital/doctor group where I live has started this 10 week/10lb throwdown thing. Basically they want you to lose 10lbs in 10 weeks. However, they aren't giving many helpful tips. One useful thing they do give though is a link to the USDA food tracker (www.supertracker.usda.gov). I have noticed I don't eat that horribly. I could eat better but it isn't bad. What screws me up is the soda I drink. BUT, without the soda I would only be consuming like 1000 calories a day. So...yeah. Just wanted to update everyone/give the link to everyone.
