should I cut DS's hair?

My DS is 3 and I've never cut his hair. I don't want to but its getting harder to manage the knots/tangles in back. I have 2 other kids and I work and my DH doesnt do his hair. I use Curls for kids and its still a lot of work. Is there anything else I can do to manage his hair so its easier to comb or at least keep it from looking like I don't take care of his hair?

My son used to have hair like that.I would say cut it down in half.It would be more manageable.Or get it braided.

If its becoming hard to manage and keep up with then yes I would cut it

Well my daughter is the same but if i put it up at nite it isore manageable. If tou leave it down it will get tangled and knotted. My daughter hair is to her bottom, but she doesn't want it cut so i deal with it.

I wouldnt!

But then again my son is 4 and has never had a hair cut.

If it's getting to be to much get it braided..thats what I do.
