Here's my suggestion ~

Each participant will purchase a small gift (we can set a limit on the amount to spend). 

I will take all the names of those who want to join in the fun.  I'll randomly assign each person a "secret" sister to whom they will send the gift they've bought.  We won't reveal who we are until we send the gift.

We'll set a deadline for signing up.  And, there will be a specific week set aside for sending out the gifts.

Oh, and to celebrate autumn, the gifts must be related to this time of year - preferably something to do with Thanksgiving - since this is a GRATITUDE group.
