hi i had my first ectopic preg. in september and had to have surgery resulting in losing my left tube me and my partner never told anyone what happened apart from our parents :( im struggling to come to terms with this doctors said i would have been due march time so as its getting close to march im feeling really down. im struggling with how to open up to my partner and as most of my close friends don't know what happened how do i tell them now? any suggestions on how to bring the topic up as i dont know how?
