Hey good question!  I have a sleek leather thinner calendar that I keep all my appointments on, I can walk with it to work, or place it in a purse it's not super small but not cumbersome either.  I keep family AND work appointments in it, as as I don't over book.  I prefer paper, I need to see feel and touch it. I can't stand the PDA's or blackberry.  My phone has a calendar in it too, I prefer low tech!

I have a Blackberry that I keep track of all my appointments in. It makes it easier at times. I also keep a wall calendar for my desk as well. Just in case something were to happen to my phone.
