Here's the first advertising adding the kids in the cast.

Hayley is on the left hand bottom.

She looks great!!! How exciting for you.... is she nervous?  This must be taking up so much time...how do you deal with schoolwork while she is doing this?

We always do her schoolwork in the mornings, except, for this last week. It was Tech week, and we decided to make it her Spring break week. The kids in the school district had their spring break last week. We waited because we knew it would be easier having ours this week.

Tonight is the first dress rehearsal, and tomorrow night is the invited dress. Yesterday, the newspaper article about my daughter came out. They want to follow up with another article after the play starts. This one they want to come to my home. So I guess I'll have to make sure that it's "company ready." Right now my house is "kid lived in." You know, toys, books and things all around.

It's been hectic, but my daughter loves every minute of it. I'm letting her sleep in this morning. Tonight's dress rehearsal will be a long one. It starts at 1:30pm and will go to 11:30pm. The Directors have set up a pizza party for everyone around 5:00pm. At least, I don't have to worry about picking her up and taking her to eat somewhere. They have it all covered. I know she'll be tired tonight, but she won't have to be back until around 5:00pm tomorrow night.

Tomorrow night, my husband and I will finally get to see the play. Parents aren't allowed at the practices, or even back stage for that matter. I guess it's because someone must have ruined it for everyone. Maybe a crazy stage mom, who knows?

Here is the link to the article about the show. The online version doesn't do justice to the actual print.

Here's what the print looked like.

That's great.  I know you are proud.  My daughter was in a production this past summer and even though it was alot of time it was the greatest time of our life.

I'm sure your daughter will do so well.

We went to the Invited Dress Rehearsal on Sunday. The play was really good. It's like watching two separate plays. The first Act is in one time period and the second Act is in another.

My daughter did very well. The theater decided to do something different. The friends and family were the invited ones, and we sat in a reserved section. The public was allowed to stand in a line and buy 99 cent tickets. There were a lot of people there. The house was sold out.

Today, starts the Previews which will go all the way up until the 25th, which is the official opening night.
