SIMPLE SUGAR COOKIES/cooks.com     
2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 lb. butter

Mix ingredients together in a bowl until a soft dough. Roll on floured board with a rolling pin and cut into circles. Cook in a 325 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Yield: 2 dozen.
