My daughter is 9 months old. She has NO sleep or nap schedule at all. I try so hard but nothing seems to work. She screams for an hour sometimes 2 before she'll go down for a nap. And im lucky if she sleeps an hour. She wakes up at night and screams until i go in and pick her up, most of the time i can get her to go back to sleep but sometimes she stays awake for an hour!! I need help or advice on what to do to get her sleeping and napping normally!!!

One thing that helped me (even though our sleep habits are still the pits) was really observing and keeping track of DDs sleeping for about three to five days and then building the routine around when she wanted to sleep. On those days you are observing, try to keep her really busy and active until she absolutely can't stay awake any longer and then put her to sleep as tired as you can make her, without being too over tired. This helped me figure out a routine and when we stick with it, it works pretty good.

I kept my DD really busy and active throughout the day and I used Johnson and Johnson bedtime bath at night. It helps babies sleep better.

i use prune juice 2-4 oz( 9 months )   for consitpation for my daughter. she had acid reflux, so she didnt have regular sleep routine. her gastro ped. dr. recommended this... classical music worked. im an aromatherapist and i used.\ essentails oils like lavender and chamomile 1-2 drops mix with 15 ml of grape seed oil. this is very soothing and relaxing for babies.
