trying to get my babii girl to sleep better

Hello my 7 month old has been up and down with her sleep she usually gets 3 naps a day i dont know if that is normal or not she always fights them cause she is pulling up now so its a hour long battle of going in and putting her down to sleep and when it ocmes to bedtime she does the same thing always fighting it i usually put her down about 7 730 and she gets up in the middle of the night screming doing the froggy thing pushing up in the crib she used to sleep all the way through the night i dont know what to do im so tired

mine is doing the same right now too n she just turn 7 months wed but this has been going on a few weeks ;C
