Will he be Active Fulltime Guard(meaning this is his only job?) or just Part time once a month on weekends? That makes a difference. It also depends on his MOS.
If its just weekends,odds are he wont be going to Korea or out of the country. Our President seems to be gungho on getting troops OUT of Iraq totally and Aghanistan,but,he doesnt say much abuot the other three countries we are in. What about the history of his Unit he will be in? Have they deployed before?
What do you mean by 'getting cut'? You mean not getting thru all the training? If so,he's made it this far,so,things should be good :)
