Macaroni Salad Made over :)

1 - 3/4  ( 8 oz. ) multi - grain Macaroni noodles

3 C. small Broccoli flowerets

1 red pepper, chopped

1 C. Kraft Mayo Olive Oil reduced fat mayo 

1/4 C. reduced fat sour cream

2 TBSP.  dijon mustard

2 Hard - boiled eggs, chopped

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Cook - macaroni in large saucepan as directed on pkg.

adding veggies to the boiling water for 

the last 2 min. 

Mix - mayo, Sour Cream, and mustard in large bowl. 

Stir ikn macaroni mix and eggs. 

 

Refridgerate - 2 hours or until chilled

 

I recomend serveing this at your next BBQ.
