Question about feeding solids?

My son is just over 6 months and is eating solids. He nurses just fine but I have struggled some with keeping my supply up.  My question is how much and how many times should I be feeding him solids a day without hurting my supply and giving him what he needs?

You can feed him as much as you like, just make sure you nurse him before giving solids. Remember, solid foods are a novelty and mostly at this point he is trying out new tastes and textures, but he still gets his main nutrition from you.
