Nestle and hershey's?

I keep seeing that commercial for "pieces" where it has Reese's Pieces (Hershey), Hershey pieces, York Peppermint Patty pieces (Nestle) and Almond Joy pieces (Nestle).

Why would they be advertised together if they are not the same company?  Is Hershey's Nestle now too?

York Peppermint Patty is definitely Hershey's.  They sold them at the Hershey Factory when we visited, and the Nestle product list does not include York.

I did just see an article that Hershey's uses slave labor and has been refusing to publish the source of their cocoa :/
