no storage space under sinks

I just went to put something under my kitchen sink and although the home is about 15yrs old, there is not any space under our sink! I can't keep a jug of clorox and a small amount of spray cleaners under there! the garbage disposal and pipes hog the area! There is not a linen closet for towels and blankets, no coat closet for that or boots, just no storage like that! there is an under the staircase closet for my holiday decor, can't even fit the vacuum in with all that. What could I do ? Anyone have any ideas??
