We adopted a puppy 2 months ago, she was about 8-9 weeks old when we got her. she has had really bad gas, i mean really bad ever since we got her. We thought it was just an issue with her adjusting but its been 2 months. We feed all of our dogs Taste of the Wild.

Here are the ingredients, is there anything in it that is causing the gas? Or is something else causing it? neither of our other dogs had gas problems

I used to feed my dog Blue Buffalo dog food, and that created bad gas as well.  It had the majority of the ingredients as yours does, minus the bison.  It could just be the food, and affects dogs differently. Maybe the tomatos or the lamb?   After three months of having my dog on Blue buffalo she began losing weight though and we had to switch her to a different food.

Taste of the Wild is an awesome food (it's what I feed mine), but that doesn't mean every dog will agree with it.  Have you tried the other formulas of totw?  I would try that first and if the gas didn't go away after a few weeks, switch to another high quality brand.

You know some dogs are just gassy.  My Hungarian Visla is so bad she will chase herself out of a room.  I'll walk over to pet her and its like walking into a wall of stink, it's enough to make your eyes water.  I would talk to your vet before switching the food to much, it's not the best to keep switching foods to much it's hard on the digestive system.  We switched Dallas' food because she wasn't gaining weight, well now she has gained good weight but she still has horrific gas.  I swear her favorite thing to do is to fart as she runs past me, I'm like it happens way to often to just be a coincidence. LOL

I have the gas issue with my dog, too. Any time he gets into the cat food or has even just a lick of human food...he farts so bad, it smells like he actually pooped or is dead...heck, I think the dead would hold their noses it's so bad.

Poor dog, he can't even hide the fact he sneaks food he can't have...LOL!!
