i want to start a walking program to lose weight. i weigh 134 and i am 5'4. i want to lose 20 pounds. how much should i walk and how often?treadmill

30 minutes a day!   for starters....for me that is about 1 mile.

At least 30 min. Jog as much as you can! Get that heart rate up!
