Hello my name is Shannon and I have 5 children. I need to get that baby fat off. Come and join me. I am currently at 200lbs. I will try to check in each wweek with my exercise routine and my cuurent weight. I would really like to lose at least 50lbs. Come on and join me!

I am trying to eat better and tryiong to be more active, but today I am so exhausted from work that I just can't do any more active work. I get so frustrated though because no matter what I do I just can't seem to lose any weight.

My name is Aubrey and I currently weight 185lbs. I have a two year old son and I think its about time I lose the baby fat! I am currenlty going to the gym 2-3 times a week. I am still working on the eating part.
I love bread and pasta so I have a hard time with that! Plus my husband is the junkfood king! Which makes it hard to eat around him!
If anyone lives near South lebanon ohio(20 miles from cincinnati) I would love to have a workout buddy! Good Luck to everyone!

Hello! I am Tiffany, a mother on 3, and I currently weigh 140. This year i have lost 30lbs... I am very excited, unfortunately i really need to tone up. I lost the weight by changing eating habits and "exercising" more often, which basically entails being more active. I eat a lot of cheese, and yogurt... Pasta is my biggest weakness also. For a while I was eating it all the time and I cut that down major time... A good substitute is spaghetti squash... Any ways I am looking forward to getting to know you ladies and sharing successes and hopefully some motivations with  and from you. I am in Jefferson city, mo and would like to find a work out buddy also!!! Thanks for your time...

Do you have an exercise ball??? For me it is great, even if i am tired from work or anything else i roll it in the front room sometimes while i am watching T.V. and just do a few exercises, sometimes that gets me motivated itself enough to come in my room and use my step..

I have thought about getting one just because they look like they would make exercise a little more fun. Now I guess I well have to get one. Are they hard to get used to? I am afraid I well fall all over the place.

Not at all!! getting balanced is not really a problem either!!! There seems to be different exercises in a lot of magazines and on line. There is so much you can do on them for so many different parts of your body!!! I love mine, I just need to use it more and get into a routine...

Hi I'm Connie.  My heaviest was 399lbs I'm down to 276lbs at moment.  I'm mom of 2 Jessica age 17 and Andrew age 16.  Jessica lives with grandma and has for 2 years says She wants to help her grandma with my 3 nephews that grandma is raising and that I'm not as religious as she wants me to be.  My son lives with me and my current husband.  I have 4 step kids.  Yvonne and Deanna are 20 years old and both living out of house with boyfriends.  Kyndra is 12 and Richard is 9.  Younger 2 of us live with us. 

I was reading you guys talking about exercise balls and I loved mine til my cat popped it I need to get a new one.  Teach me not to give him attention well I'm sitting on it laugh.  He swatted at me and put his claw through my ball at least they are made to slowly deflate.  

I just has surgery friday so ain't doing any exercise at moment but as soon as they give me ok I'm back up and at my walks, bowflex and riding my bikes and getting me a new ball so I can work out with it again.  I loved it.

My name is Gigi, I'm not telling anyyone how much I weigh(I don't own a scale so i really don't know)....   I eat to much and don't move much at all. For the past week though I have been doing sit ups with my 16 y/o son. I can only do seven so far but I could only do three when I started. I plan to start walking soon. Unfortunately there are no YMCA's in my area. I live in the woods, there are places to walk , but its in a hilly terrain that tires me out so bad. But I am tired of being tired and I am sick of not fitting into pretty clothes! So here I am. I have three sons and my two oldest are willing to help me so I got to at least give it a try.
