Scales don't scare me--I would weigh myself every day(for better or worse) --but it seems that the humidity here kills our scales. We've gone through 2 or 3 in the last 5 years. I am hoping to get a doctor style scale for our orphanage.

Well it doesn't look like I did very good this week, but I am not going to be discouraged I am just going to start this new week off right. I go back to work this week too so that may help a little bit.

I am not yet measuring since I know I haven't done enough to make a difference. I'll post new measurements at the beginning of February.
  I got to a scale and found things weren't as bad as I'd thought. My 17 y.o dd said I should just post my new weight and let everyone wonder how I dropped 12 pounds in 12 days. LOL

  I will be starting the couch to 5k plan on Sunday. Finally downloaded the first podcast but have to wait until dh gets back from a business trip (he took our IPOD with him).

woohoo - a group that does measurements! I much prefer inches to pounds, but  haven't measured in weeks.  I was doing great - down to my goal weight with only a few inches to go, and have GOT to motivate myself to workout so I can tone the flab. I have been falling into eating high glycemic foods again. We had a big party and filled the house with bad for you foods.  My will power is great at the store, but not at home. :(
So- I am back in gear - gonna practice what I preach as a Perfect Body Shape coach - and am going to have the bod I remember from 22 years ago! :)
Will update with measurements when I find the tape measure!
Down from 150 to 127 - but need to replace the remaining fat and flab with muscle!
