Thinking Positive

Another cafemom posted this in another group and I thought it would be beneficial here as well.
Okay this is what you do, we need to change our attitude and begin thinking more positive in order to succeed with our weight loss goals. So each day or each week, whatever works best for you, make a list of 5 positive things that you have done or atributes that you have. Post as you guys want!

i will take one day at a time
i will try to improve everyday
i will try to be patient
i will try to be proud of even the littlest accomplishment as to weight loss
i will try to clean more
i say try a lot, will try not to say try so much
lol
