It is a new month so here we go again with a new activity thread. What are you doing this month? I know the weather here is starting to get a lot nicer so I am hoping to be able to do a litttle more walking.

We can finally get our doggie children out there for walks!  Walk your dogs ladies, they will love you for it!

Wish I could have a doggy to walk landlord and hubby both say no.  But I took 3 hour walk today.

Laugh...  Tell my landlord and my husband that.  I want a doggy and they won't agree.

Did Ab lounge for 30 min, bowflex for hour and walked from 1:30p to 3:41p.

Had 17 people in my cross training class tonight and at least 5 guys talk about being nervous but it went sooo well I love my job. Several people thanked me and said it was good. Feelin the holy spirit movin me to this new cha[ter of helping others

gosh i havent been posting and it looks like im not the only one, no posts here in this thread since the 3rd :(
ok,
i worked out sat , sun, and mon (today).  first time since ive been trying to lose, that ive worked out 3 days in a row , so i m  happy bout that.  i ve also increased my pace ont he treadmill.  always do 30 minutes and 5 cool down .  i try to run on and off for 2 minutes at a time.  my pace is usually now 3.4 (up from 3) and today i was jogging at 4.3 instead of 4.0
i really really worked up a sweat.  i did all my nautilus, 3 sets on most machines ( i was only doing one set) so for some reason im really stepping up the pace.
i want to lose 18 more by june 11.  thats doable right ? ( that would put me at a loss of 50 pounds in one year) slow i know but better than none.

I walked my dog for 45 minutes today AND yesterday... thank you SPRING for finally arriving in Detroit Michigan!!!

UGH... we made it to the top ten snowiest winters...

spring is here but barely in PA.  its still cold, but did go to 40 today.  its just so damp out, the ground is saturated from all the rain.
i want spring ! i want sun !
