Hi! I'm Eileen, mom to two little midgets and preping for baby #3. I am hoping to tap into your fountain of 'workout' knowledge. Need advice on prenatal exercise vids as I am SOO out of shape and totally need to do something to prep my blubbery bod for baby no 3. My BMI says I'm OVERWEIGHT! I'm sick about it! Must do something!! Does anyone know of a good vid? God there are so many its scary! I am way out of shape, not willing to go investing in lots of props and gadgets and easily bored so lots of repitition wouldn't keep my interest. Can you help me? PLEASE!!

Hi I am Cindy and I am a group fitness instructor
You said prenatal so you are pregnant? If so you need to get clearance from your physician before starting any exercise program then I would suggest Kathy Smith's Prenatal video that is what I used she good. Remember your body naturally stores fat to feed baby so don't fret about it too much I am sure you can work on that after baby Make healthy food choices and measure your portions. Try Mypyramid.gob for a free personalized nutrition plan. Most important take care of yourself you are more than a number and I don't think BF % count pregnant people. Hope this helps When are you do?
