good workout?

Hello everyone! I am new to the group. I was wondering if any of you girls know of a workout that helps with the inner theigh area. I have never had problems with my legs before but my husband and I moved to a new place last year and after I lost all the weight from being pregnant with out daughter I gained it back when we got here (SoCal) and most of it is on my legs and I hate it lol! so if you know any good workouts that would be great! :o) I am looking forward to talking to you ladies!

Put one of your kid's rubber playground balls inbetween your knees and give it a good squeeze... try three repetitions of ten to start.  It works just like the Thighmaster to tone up your inner thighs, and you'll definitely feel the burn.

I haven't tried the ball yet. Good Idea! (I'll give that a try)  I've only tried the Large Rubber Band around the ankles,I stand w/both feet on the ground and lift opposite of whatever foot is on the floor,the band stops the lift at a certain point and that gets done until you "also" feel the burn. I've only been doing this for a few days now.I'm surprised I'm even doing that! Well ZoiesMyPwincess,I wish I had more ideas for you,Sorry*Good Luck!!!
