i went to the gym last wednesday, paid for it for 3 days. lol
today im getting exercise by mowing the lawn, its about 1 acre, part on a hill. im taking turns with my two teen sons, at 15 minute intervals. its 97 degrees out so thats about all we can do ! anyways, its good exercise so long as i dont pass out..lol
im going to start physical therapy (for fibromylagia n the tests are still out for rheumatoid arthritis. ) upon exam, they said i need physical therapy, ultrasound therapy is what they will do on my neck, shoulders and back.
i also got a new RX for pain , im hoping it works and with less pain, ill be able to do more exercise !
how are all you doing ?

I also have FM, and aquatic therapy is supposed to be excellent for it! Good luck with your therapy, it will help wonders!
I've been walking the dog lots... I lost one whole size, down from an 18 at the beginning of the year to a 16 now... I am so happy, this is my New Year's Resolution, and I plan to make it every year now. If I get pregnant like I plan to this summer, I hope to stay on the healthy track and not blow it all!
Slow but steady wins the race. Keep it up, the weight loss will help the FM and the RA, I have OA, so I feel your pain :)
