Anyone know of some mommy and me classes in montgomery? Like exercise?

I would check Frazier United Methodist Church or Vaughn Road Church of Christ. They are two that I see notices up for Mommy Day Out. I know the Church I belong to, Eastern Hills Baptist Church has quite a few programs with Mom/dd and Dad/ds themes. If you mention to the Church secretary at EHBC that you are interested in that type of group, they will do their level best to get one started.
The Bell Road YMCA also has a huge family outreach program.
