Looking for families FORMERLY from A Child's Waiting in Akron, OH

Hello everyone! I'm looking for any other families that, until recently, were involved with A Child's Waiting in Akron, Ohio. We have finally received confirmation from ODJFS that they have officially truned in their license as of April 28, 2009. The licensing agent my husband spoke with mentioned there may be a class action lawsuit and I am trying to find out what anyone else may know about the situation. We have the name and direct phone number of the agent handling the case if anyone is interested. If nothing else, I thought it might be helpful to vent a little about the misinformation and lies we've apparently been told!

I worked with them; however or thankfully, our placement did not come through them.

I have not heard anything about a class action lawsuit.

I would be happy to share our experience with anyone who wants to hear it.
