Watch your serving sizes. A restaurant portion is generally twice the size of the recommended serving sizes. So think in terms of eating half of a usual restaurant portion.
Eat 3 small meals a day with 3 100 calorie snacks in between. This will increase your metabolism and will help with the weight loss especially if you are walking around the mall once every day. (Best not to go into the stores--pocketbook may not fare too well.) Some malls open early before the stores are open for this purpose. You might make a friend.![]()
