Always shop around the perimeter of the store, where the "real" food is. Avoid the middle of the store, where the processed foods are. When I'm having a bad day, I always feel better when I eat "real" food like apples with peanut butter.

Avoid too much sugar--avoiding sugar is essential to getting rid of yeast infections which are very common with fibro.

Yeast feeds on sugar and will thrive on it in your body.  To get rid of yeast infections, you have to avoid sugar and starches. Also, eat yogurt with lactobacillus.  You can also take lactobacillus supplements orally or vaginally for persistent infections.  If you still cannot get rid of vaginal yeast infections, your ob/gyn can prescribe boric acid suppositories that can be obtained from compounding pharmacies.

If yeast is a real problem for you, you'll find some good books in the back of the health food stores for treating yeast infections. One that comes to mind is "The Yeast Connection."
