Hi everyone, my name is Laurie, and I'm 46. I've been a member of cafemom since June of this yr. Just stumbled across it totally by accident, was acrually looking for tupperware dealers in my area due to I needed replacements for a few pieces I had that finally pooped out! LOL My Mom was a professional seamstress for 60 yrs, so I guess my love of sewing came from her. I've been making crafts for years. Giving them away for different occasions, to family and friends. I figured since I make so many things, why not make and sell my products on the web to share with others....so.....here I am, doing just that. I have just set up a web site, so am fairly new in the mall where my store is located. I make a variety of crafts, all handmade by lil ole me, myself and I, no one else! Besides doing crafts, my hobby is my family. I have been married for 26 yrs, and have two grown daughters. The oldest is Shannon, she is 21, in her third yr of college, and engaged to be married the yr she graduates from college. My youngest is Lindsey. She is 18 and a senior in highschool. She too will attend college next fall. My hubby and I , are starting to go through the empty nest syndrome, don't like it....ha ha ha...but, knew it would get here someday. It's a good thing I have my little business to keep me busy since my girls are pretty much all grown now. Hi everyone. My name is Tina. I have two grown children (well at least THEY think they are). 22 and 18. Married for 24 years, my husband just retired this year from active duty Air Force. I was a stay at home mom for years and then worked for years in admin at an arts and crafts shop on the air base as well as teaching craft classes there. I was also in Human Resources for a time, and currently work as office manager in a chriopractic office.
I have been doing crafts and giving them as gifts for years, along with a craft show here and there, but only got real serious about it a year or so ago. Crochet items, handmade cards, painted, etc. Holiday items are my favorite. Favorite sellers on and off etsy seem to be my crocheted washcloths and reach cloths and my crochet beverage skirts (which i like to call frap skirts) I do alot of custom work on these.

Hi everyone! My name is Whitney, I have been married for over 2 years. My husband and I have two great kids. Alexzander was our honeymoon baby and he is 18 months and Destiny was born this summer. I am a WAHM. I work for Discovery Toys and I have an etsy store where I sell my crafts. I love to make hand made things and I am going to learn how to knit soon.
Mostly I started to sell my stuff because its nice to bring in a little extra money and I know that I enjoy buying other peoples homemade items.
I dont have a lot in my shop right now but I have more coming soon. Some of the items I will be selling include a dry fruit wreath and cinnamon stick stars. They smell great and are beautiful!

Hi I'm Nora I did join the Total Package Listing . I'm 50 years as of March , you know when my older relatives were fifty is sure seemed like they were a lot older for the age or acted it anyway. I suppose with herbs ,vitamins and Yoga today it helps us. I still feel like I did when I was 30. I love to sew anything with fabrics and mostly make Baby Dolls and Purses lots of which are themed to Nurses and Breast Cancer Awareness. I also do lady golfers , hairdresses and pet lovers purses. I launched a new web site along with my daughter around three weeks ago and have been really satisfied with it, but you always want to get any advertising you can. This seems like it will be a wonderful group.

My husband I have tried several work at home businesses, but always as independant consultants for someone else (network marketing, pyramid schemes and party plans).
